Text to PSD Moderation Policy | Prompts & Outputs
Effective date: April 11, 2026
This Content Moderation Policy explains how Text to PSD reviews prompts, uploaded materials, outputs, and repeated abuse patterns on texttopsd.net.
Key points upfront
- Text to PSD is designed to block or restrict unlawful, abusive, or high-risk content.
- We may use automated checks, provider-side checks, and manual review when needed.
- Read this page together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and AI Wrapper Disclaimer.
What moderation applies to
Moderation may apply to:
- text prompts and instructions
- uploaded images, video references, audio references, and related files
- generated outputs and previews
- repeated account behavior that suggests policy evasion or abuse
Prohibited content categories
Text to PSD does not allow content involving:
- sexual exploitation, nudity meant for explicit use, or any sexualized minor content
- graphic violence, torture, self-harm promotion, or targeted threats
- hate speech, extremist ideology, or targeted discrimination
- fraud, impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, or harmful misinformation
- unlawful activity, trafficking, dangerous weapon use, or criminal instructions
- content that clearly violates intellectual-property or consent boundaries
How moderation works
1. Prompt and upload checks
Before a job runs, we may screen prompts and uploaded materials for policy violations or abuse signals. Unsafe or obviously disallowed requests may be blocked before they enter the workflow.
2. Output review
Generated outputs may be checked again after the job completes. If an output appears to violate policy, it may be withheld, discarded, or placed behind an account warning or review flow.
3. Abuse-pattern review
We may log repeated blocked attempts, refund abuse, evasion patterns, or account behavior that indicates misuse. These records are used for safety, fraud prevention, and operational protection.
4. Manual review when needed
Some borderline cases require human review. Manual review is used to resolve ambiguity, enforce policy consistently, and reduce false positives or repeated evasion.
What happens when content is blocked
Depending on the case, Text to PSD may:
- reject the prompt or upload
- suppress the resulting output
- warn the user
- place the account under review
- suspend or terminate access for repeated or serious violations
Data handling
We try to keep moderation data limited to what is reasonably necessary for safety, abuse review, payment risk handling, and legal compliance. For general data-handling questions, see our Privacy Policy.
Appeals and support
If you believe moderation blocked a request incorrectly, contact support@texttopsd.net and include the affected account email, approximate time of the event, and a concise explanation of what you were trying to do.
