These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Text to PSD at texttopsd.net. By creating an account, purchasing credits or subscriptions, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Key points upfront

• This agreement applies to texttopsd.net only. It does not turn this site into the official website or billing agent for any third-party vendor.
• Checkout terms, renewal behavior, and plan boundaries should be read together with Pricing and Refund Policy.
• Moderation rules, prohibited-use boundaries, and wrapper relationships are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, Content Moderation Policy, and AI Wrapper Disclaimer.
• Local browser tools and hosted workspace jobs are different parts of the service, even when they appear on the same domain.

Service scope

Text to PSD is an independent creative workflow site. The service may include:

• public content such as guides, FAQs, and pricing notes
• hosted workspace features for prompt-led creation, editing, and related media tasks
• browser-based utility tools
• billing, support, account, and task-history features

We may rely on third-party AI, storage, analytics, communication, or payment providers to deliver parts of the service.

No official vendor relationship

Unless we explicitly say otherwise, texttopsd.net is not the official website for any third-party vendor and does not sell official subscriptions on a vendor's behalf. References to upstream products on this site do not transfer ownership, endorsement, or agency to us.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Payments, credits, and subscriptions

• Prices, credits, and subscription terms shown at checkout are part of your order.
• Some plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Credits may be consumed when jobs are submitted, started, or completed, depending on the feature design.
• Taxes, foreign exchange charges, and processor fees may apply.
• Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy.
• Official third-party pricing shown for context elsewhere on the site does not become part of your order with us unless that checkout page explicitly says so.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others
• generate or distribute abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content
• upload malware, harmful code, or material intended to interfere with systems
• abuse credits, rate limits, payment flows, storage, or automation boundaries
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass technical restrictions on the platform
• use the service in ways that create unreasonable operational or legal risk for us or others

Your content

You remain responsible for the prompts, uploads, outputs, and downstream uses tied to your account. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit. We may store and process your content as needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, and comply with law. Uploaded images and generated outputs are automatically deleted after 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party providers

Some features depend on third-party providers. Their availability, output quality, moderation systems, and response times may affect your experience. We are not responsible for external outages outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The texttopsd.net website, code, branding, product text, workflow design, and service presentation remain our property or the property of our licensors. Third-party names, marks, and model identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security or payment risk, abused the service, or exposed us or others to legal harm.

Disclaimers
